Are all the products listed on the site made to order?

Yes, our products are hand crafted just for you at the time of your order. Our Creators handmake our products which allows so many of our products to be customized or personalized. As our products are handmade it is important to understand that some variation in size, shape, color, etc are to be expected along with other minor imperfections that do not effect the products function or use.

How do I take my measurments?

To start you’ll need a flexible tape measure. (Alternatively, if you do not have one handy, you can use a piece of string long enough to go all the way around. You can use a piece of tape to mark the place where the end of the string meets the remainder and then measure from the end of the string to the tape with any ruler or non-flexible tape measure.)

Note: Pull the tape measure snug enough that you cannot put your finger between the tape measure and the body but not tight enough to depress the skin. Where the end meets back with the remainder is your measurement.

Taking Chest measurements: Measure all the way around the fullest part of your chest and note the number where the end meets. This is your Chest measurement.

Taking Waist measurements: Measure around where the waist bends (this area can be identified by bending side to side) and note the number where the end meets. This is your Waist measurement.

Taking Hip measurements: Measure around the fullest part of your hips (usually the seat area) and note the number where the end meets. This is your Hip measurement.

When will my order ship?

All orders begin processing within 2-4 business days from the time they were placed, at this time you will receive your order confirmation email.

 *It is important to note that order processing, production times and shipping times are separate stages. *

Our amazing products are crafted by hand and our creators make each item with you in mind. As “Made to order” items and custom creations are made just for you at the time you place the order and require various production times before they are ready for shipping we appreciate your patience.

 You will receive an email update when your item(s) have entered production. Once the production of your item(s) is finalized we will begin preparing them for shipping.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Note: Carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our facility. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

International shipping usually takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks as your order needs to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
